Our products

Four honeys and two oils, one signature

From the blossoms and olive groves of our own corner of Le Marche: unpasteurised honey and olives from organic farming, no compromises.

01 Honey A 250 g jar of wildflower honey

Wildflower

Spring and summer blossoms, holding the scent and taste of our woods and meadows in a single jar. Our honey with the most national awards.

250 g · 500 g · 1 kg
02 Honey A 250 g jar of acacia honey

Acacia

Delicate, very sweet, floral and warm, with a faint note of sugared almond. The clearest of the range.

250 g · 500 g · 1 kg
03 Honey A 250 g jar of chestnut honey

Chestnut

Lingering on the palate, bitter-sweet. Its aroma recalls the tannic wood of our forests.

250 g · 500 g · 1 kg
04 Honey

Ivy

A rare autumn honey, gathered in October when the ivy blooms. Light amber, it crystallises quickly into a fine, compact cream. On the nose, notes of leaves and woodland floor; on the palate it is sweet and enveloping, with a slightly bitter, balsamic finish that makes it unmistakable.

250 g · 500 g · 1 kg
05 Olive oil A 1-litre bottle of extra virgin olive oil

Extra virgin

From Sargano, Lea, Ascolana and Leccino olives in our own grove, produced by purely mechanical methods. Fruity, lightly bitter and peppery.

250 ml · 500 ml · 1 L · 3 L · 5 L
06 Chilli oil

Ardore

From chilli infused in our extra virgin olive oil comes Ardore: a condiment of its own, full of flavour and fragrance, bold and enveloping.

Our story

Born of the love between Clorinda and Florindo

Maria Vittoria, Florindo, Secondo Luigi and Clorinda in front of the hills
Maria Vittoria · Florindo · Secondo Luigi · Clorinda

Our parents passed on to us a deep love for the land and its time-honoured traditions. We tend our olive trees and keep our bees with the same care and respect.

That daily work is what lets us produce extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality and a fine selection of award-winning honeys. Every product holds the essence of this place: its biodiversity and our resilience are the special ingredients.
